 | Day three after our little bushwhacker got whacked by a bush. His eye is healing but it still looks horrendous! My own eyes still start to water every time I look at him. He's getting a lot of attention at school and said it's fun to see people shudder when they see him. Boys.... |

There's no doubt - broken blood vessels look horrendous! Is it bothering him at all, though? I hope not.
No, amazingly enough it's not bothering him at all. But it IS bothering me! Every time I look at him my eyes start to water! The funny thing is, though, that I got him back today. I looked at him, my eyes started to water and when he saw that his eyes started to water too! HA!
On Sunday, just an hour after reading your post about your son's accident, I somehow broke a blood vessel in my eye (a sneeze?) -- maybe too empathetic a reading?
I worried about grossing out my students on Monday, but they all thought it was kind of cool.
