Real BeijingeRs

I really enjoyed this taste of Chinese Rap. (*Note: It wasn't what I was expecting!)

And I enjoyed it even more when I got to read the translation of the lyrics posted at the Language Log. (It was also nice to see the proof that I really had heard him say "Pay Attention!".)

For breakfast I had a slice of culture with my tea and I really liked it!

That was awesome.

:-)

I found this particular clip on Davezilla, which is a blog that features ridiculous (usually obnoxious) videos. I'm assuming this was posted because they think it was lame, but I found the absence of bling, automatic weapons and underwear waistbands very refreshing...

Hey that's cool! I clicked the link and had a laugh at the first comment which said:

"Not exactly the same flavor as U.S. rap. Except maybe "Dog-Dog-Dog-Dog Wouldn’t-Notice buns"."

It really is quite enjoyable...
But did anyone else have a flashback to the Swedish Chef from The Muppet Show?
